Are your treatments overseen by a doctor?

Yes, all treatments performed at Ithaca Medical Aesthetics are overseen by Dr. Dana Negoi. Dr. Negoi and her associate Ethna Hinrichsen, PA-C. We have created a skincare focused center that will provide each guest with a professional experience in a place where you feel comfortable.

How can I make an appointment?

We offer complimentary consultations to answer all of your questions and determine the best treatment for you. You may request an appointment on line or if you prefer, you can call our office so we can help you with an appropriate appointment time based on what you want to have done. We can coach you through questions such as: Will I have downtime? Do I need numbing cream? How much time will it take? How will I look post procedure?

How long are your appointments?

At Ithaca Medical Aesthetics we provide a holistic and personalized approach to skincare. Our goal is to take you from your consultation through your treatment in under an hour. We have this process down to a science.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to re-schedule appointments.
We ask that you give notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will gladly reschedule. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply to appointments.

This also applies to “no-show” appointments.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.

We will be requiring a credit or debit card number for all appointment scheduling, both online and in the office. We have also updated our cancellation policy. This also applies to “no-show” appointments.

Scheduling an Appointment

When scheduling an appointment with us you, we will need your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address (so we can send you reminders).

Late Arrivals

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have 10 minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

For initial consultations and appointments, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork. We will send you Consent Forms, as well as, Pre/Post Care Instructions prior to you scheduled appointment. Please sign and review them as soon as possible since some post care needs to be started prior to your treatment.

Do you accept health insurance?

No, we do not accept health insurance.
